Since the beginning of computergrafics young programers vie to overtrump each other in viewy Realtime-Animations. The best contribution of the „Assembly `03“ and the „scene.org awards“ 2004 are shown.With assistance of Pixel-und Vertexshader developer generate in only 64 kilobyte huge programs surreal screens, added with spherical sound and Techno-Beats.
14.00 Machinimas - Screening
"Machinimas" animations are called, produced with the aid of computergames. Thereby , like in a virtual puppet theatre, the characters from multiplayer games are used to tell a story. A choice of the winners of the New York Machinima Festivals 2003 are shown, like „Red vs. Blue“ with „Blood Gulch Chronicles“, „Ill Clan“ with their live-performance „Larry and Lenny on the Campaign Trail“.
